OVERVIEW
These are the same machined aluminum injector seats used in Radium Engineering fuel rails for Mazda/Eunos Cosmo and RX-7 rotary engines. The green injector seats are used in the irons (primary location) and the black injector seats are used in the intake manifold (secondary location). They are both required when converting the OEM 16mm injector seat's counterbore to 14mm which is more common with popular injector lower O-rings. They simply "pop" into the OEM injectors bore. They were designed specifically to be compatible with or without the OEM fuel injector diffusers installed. They seal to the machined injector counterbore using the included FKM O-ring.
NOTES
- The taller primary injector seats extend the O-rings past the air assist holes in the irons
- Most aftermarket lower intake manifolds are already machined with 14mm secondary injector ports

INSTALLATION NOTES
To install, thoroughly clean out any dirt or debris found in the intake manifold injector seat bores. Next, lubricate the Radium Engineering injector seat O-rings with o-ring lube, petroleum jelly, or motor oil. Press the injector seats down firmly into the intake manifold injector ports until fully seated. If necessary, use a small rubber mallet.
