Product Description
Chase Bays Brake Line Relocation - 93-98 Toyota Supra JZA80 for OEMC
The Chase Bays Brake Line Relocation for Toyota Supra JZA80 with OE Master Cylinder (OEMC) is designed for enthusiasts who want to eliminate engine bay clutter and improve braking performance by;
• Relocating the brake lines in a much more practical way (aka Brake Line Tuck or Tucked Brake Lines)
• Deleting ABS
• Adding an Adjustable Bias Valve for fine tuned braking
• Compensating for larger engine components with slimmer design and higher heat resistance
The OEM brake hard lines are relocated and replaced and with -3AN stainless steel braided, Teflon PTFE lined, black PVC coated lines. We use the best components in the industry and we pressure test every line we assemble. We guarantee a leak free start up if this product is installed correctly.
We have designed the lines to route in the best looking and most functional path possible. Instead of high up on the firewall then going down to their respective locations; they take a more direct stealthy path. See photos for more insight. We find this is the best look while remaining easy to install. Plus they keep a safe distance from high heat and/or moving objects.
The Brake Line Relocation replaces all of the engine bay hard lines up to the lines in the fenderwell. It does not include the fenderwell to caliper lines. Those are available separately.
***This Brake Line Relocation kit comes with a Female F Fitting to accommodate vehicles with 2 factory rear brake hardlines. From what we have seen, Mk4 Supras (NA and TT), most SC300's, and some SC400's come with 2 rear hardlines. However, 97-98 NA Supras, most SC400's, and some SC300's come with a single rear hardline. If you have a single rear brake hardline, include this information in the order notes so we can accommodate for this. ALWAYS double check your specific car before ordering.***
Legend:
OEMC - Original Equipment (or Stock) Master Cylinder
BBE - Brake Booster Eliminator
PTFE - Polyetratluoroethylene aka Teflon
Proportioning Valve & Bias Valve - The component that alters the difference in front and rear pressure. In most cases, the front needs more. Almost all of our Brake Line Relocations include an Adjustable Bias Valve.
ABS - Anti-Lock Brake System. Sometimes needed, sometimes not. How you determine this is up to you but if you have any questions we can provide insight.
