ADVOCULT MOTORSPORT Fuel Hose Kit for MK4 Golf 1.8T, MK4 R32, MK4 GTI, Audi S3 8L and TT 8N
This kit comes complete with 2 x 5/16 quick connect fittings to suit the OEM fuel hose, 2 x 90 degree AN6 elbows assembled with 750mm's of our black nylon braided nitrile series hose. You will recieve two complete hoses fitted with jubilee clips to attach to the stock fuel rail.
This kit is sold with longer hose lengths than required for standard engines, this gives you the ability to trim the hose to the length you require and route your new hoses around any aftermarket additions you might have in the engine bay.
We also supply two heat shring sleeves to be applied to the fuel rail end once you have cut the hose to the desired length, the hose can be cut using a sharp pair of snips/plyers.
Once fitted, make sure you prime the fuel pump and check for any leaks before starting the engine.

Good quality kit
Impressed with the quality of AN fittings although as a cosmetic issue the heatshrink Advocult label hadn't been recovered correctly which took a little application of heat to tidy up. Hoses easily cut to length with a Dremel and slitting disc. On Mk4 R32 engines due to increased length over the stock pushfit pipes the coolant hose nearby will need to be rotated slightly to keep everything clear. With correctly-chosen lengths the stock engine cover will still fit as normal. Note that the translucent plastic parts are required to lock the connectors onto the existing car fittings, I nearly threw them away thinking they were blanking plugs! They can be easily removed so during the test-fitting process I found it easier to leave them out to allow the connectors to slip easily on and off the factory lines. Overall a great product.

Fuel hose kit MK4 Golf 1.8T
Bought this fuel hose kit for my 1999 MK4 golf 1.8T GTi with an AGU engine, the quality of this kit is very nice, the quick release fittings are metal and fit to the plastic fuel supply and return pipes perfectly, heat shrink and jubelee clips are of good quality too. I did check with the company before buying and they are all good for running E10 fuel.
